Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Internal Insight reserves the right to cancel, postpone or make changes to programs as necessary, in accordance with prevailing government regulations, and mandates from central and state governments and local health authorities.

 

 

• Written cancellation requests received with 12 hours of registration : 90% Refund

• No refunds or credits will be given to any no shows, or should a participant decide to leave the program, except in case of emergency.

• For all medical emergencies, including COVID, we require a written request along with submission of a letter from physician or other relevant documentation. We will issue a full refund.
