Step 2: Watch the body- soon we will know through constant staring at it, that this body is not me, nor is it mine. We become available to feeling/ sensing an energy that runs through our body and down our legs.
Step 3: Slowly, we get conscious to the presence of the light under which all of this is seen and realised.
The pure intellect is an intellect that conceives this reality of this light of this knowing of that which is ALL, THE SOURCE, but cannot be seen, but without which NOTHING IS.
